For a custom backing-card theme, please email your inspiration photo, invitation, colour palette, or reference image to favorexpression@gmail.com after placing your order. Include your order number and personalization details in the email.

A digital design proof will be emailed to you for approval before printing. Your order will be prepared and shipped only after the backing-card design has been approved. Delays in approving the design may extend the processing and estimated shipping timeline.

Processing Time:

All kits are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production after design approval and before your order ships. Larger orders may require additional processing time.

If you need your order by a specific date, please include your event date at checkout so we can do our best to prepare your order on time.

Shipping:

We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, holidays, weather, and customs processing for U.S. orders. Once your package has shipped, transit times are controlled by the carrier.
