This website is operated by Favor Expression. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Favor Expression. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Products
Favor Expression offers handmade plaster figurines, DIY paint kits, and related creative products. Because our items are handmade, slight variations in shape, color, texture, finish, or packaging may occur.
Product photos are provided to show the style and general appearance of our items. Actual products may vary slightly due to handmade production and screen/display differences.
Orders
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete order information, including your name, shipping address, email address, and any personalization details requested.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout. Favor Expression is not responsible for errors entered by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect names, wrong dates, or incorrect shipping addresses.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Some plaster figurines and DIY paint kits may be personalized or made to order. Once production has started, custom, personalized, or bulk orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded.
If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at favorexpression@gmail.com. We will do our best to help if production has not started.
Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices, product options, or availability at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an issue with pricing, availability, payment, shipping, or suspected misuse of our website.
Payment
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. Orders will not begin production until payment has been successfully received.
Shipping and Pickup
Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, customization, and carrier delays.
Favor Expression is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Local pickup may be available in Ottawa, Ontario. Pickup details will be shared once the order is ready.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review the policy before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at favorexpression@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Use of Products
Our plaster figurines and DIY paint kits are intended for creative use and decoration. Children should use DIY paint kits with adult supervision.
Some products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children. Please review product details before purchasing.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, photos, branding, website content, text, and images on this website belong to Favor Expression unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content without written permission.
